On Mental Toughness....

  1. I will admit that sometimes during games and practice, I let my emotions get to me when I feel inadequate. If I mess up on a drill or on a play, I just feel like I suck. I've been working on building my mental toughness so that I can move on from my mistakes quickly, instead of letting the feelings I get after making a mistake affect my performance. And mistakes are good--as long as I learn from them and try to fix them.
